Our Company Incorporation service begins when you return to us a completed Order Form.

As part of the registration process, you will need to provide your company’s proposed name, details of all the directors and shareholders (name and residential address), information on the registered office, address for service and address for communication (which we can provide if needed), and details of the company’s shareholdings. As a legal regulation it is necessary to supply verified copies of identification documents for all of the shareholders and directors, along with proof of their address. In order to complete our own due diligence requirements clients will also need to provide a Letter of Authorization for the Inland Revenue Department and details of the jurisdictions that the new company will trade in.
